Applied online and completed the assessment. I applied and interviewed at 2 different stores in St. Louis for Cashier and Lead Cashier positions. Interviews seemed to go well. There is no follow up from the store on your status. When you go into the candidate portal to check your application status, it provides no updates. I also called the stores to follow up on status with no response. Companies are complaining they can't find good employees to work.

Went through two interviews. One phone screen, the other was behavioral interview questions. The interview was done remotely as the team works from home. Responsibilities of the role: Staffing managers look at workforce planning. No recruiting experience needed.
