it was pretty easy, face to face interview, asked five “what would you do” questions relating to how you work with customers and difficult situations. that was the only only interview

One on one interview. Mainly talked about past work experience and the current job description. They did not ask any complex question that would stump you. Just simply questions about how you can satisfy the customer

Describe one scenario where you went over the top to please or satisfy a customer
It was quick and to the point. The interviewer was clear that I would be required to work weekends and also during Black Friday week. I valued the transparence. I was told that if I stayed, I would be able to float to different stations and see if I enjoyed working in those positions more than the current job.
