It was pretty easy I explained my experience and told them that I had experience from Walmart and a couple of other retailers and they made me an offer that day.

I apply for the maintenance position, first interview was by the phone, and just general questions about my previous experience working in warehouse environment, which I did most of my life. I was invited to second the second interview in person, felt very comfortable, but they did not offered me the position.
