The Home Depot Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very generic questions, my strengths and weaknesses. Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict with a team member. How you deal with changes. And just basic behavioral questions. It was pretty nice interview.

Placed in a room with 20 other candidates and we all were tested on how many words per minute we could type. I was then taken to speak with a manager who asked a few personality questions. Then given paperwork to sign in order to accept the position.
