Very simple interview process. I signed up for an interview time, met with the store manager and had a 5 to 10 minute interview. The questions were very simple and I was hired right after the interview.

Recruiter brief phone call, questions regarding why I left my previous employer and a few about handling different situations. 2 additional virtual interviews with a supervisor and a manager. Questions were again about how different scenarios were handled and what I liked most of my previous work.

Interview
First round: Technical screening, basic 5-7 behavioural questions will be asked to assess role fit.
Second round Case study: you will get a case 48 hrs prior to your interview. Understand and propose recommendations to the problems of the case using a power point presentation (optional) .
If you clear the case study round. Here is where the absurdity comes into play that you will get a job or interview opportunity with the hiring team only if these find your resume to be a good fit. So basically they just keep you in the system after clearing the case study round for potential fit to ANY openings they may have.
