Met with assistant manager, answered a few questions got a second interview a few days later with the store manager did background check in office and started 3 days later

Was pretty straightforward. Know excel. Know how to answer situational questions with more detail v lookup pivot tables and x lookup. Excel test was pretty straightforward and easy. The hardest part was situational questions because they ask you more details on the situations to make sure you are not lying
