The interview process typically involves submitting an application, screening by HR, one or more rounds of interviews (technical, behavioral), skill assessments, and final discussions about the role, salary, and company culture before an offer is made.

It was difficult because many questions didn't portray any of the content the job would include. I think that overall the interview process was brutal and too difficult for a minimum wage job.
