If you do well they will schedule an in person interview at the store. At the store they will interview you in back office by an asm. They will either hire you on the spot or let you know they will get contact you later. (this typically means you didn't get the position)

Well I actually went in with no particular position in mind and lot was what they offered. The interview process is fill out electronic application, then they call you for interview, talk to a manager briefly. Say you like to work there and they give you a drug test and you sign your ok for a background check.
