First, take a computer test, followed by either a panel interview or an individual interview with the DM. If you successfully pass those stages, you will then interview with the RM.
I experienced three different interviews, varying in degrees of formality. The second interview was a panel interview style and was very structured, mostly including a lot of situational based questions.

Describe a time you had to give address behavior with a peer that could have led to conflict.
Zoom was the preferred method. Other than that, it went rather quickly from interview to the offer letter. The questions were the usual “tell me about a time you did not get along with a leader”, “how did you move past it” etc.
