Basic questions and roll play. How would you handle this situation and that situation? Mostly, how do you motivate others and change negative behaviors. Resume provides, phone call very basic review of resume with HR, in person interview with boss, and phone conf with to mbrs that would be peers.

Basic behavior questions which looks for detail information out of examples based on scenarios. Hard to gauge how well the interview when since multiple people in the room to answer to. Keep it enthusiastic, and clear on your answers.
