Phone interview was scheduled. Phone interview was relatively easy and fast. Interview was then scheduled in -store with Assistant Store Manager. Total process after being offered the position was about 30 days until start date. They have a policy that most new hires must start as a lot attendant, then, depending on your performance, you have the opportunity to move to an in-store position at a higher rate of pay. As stated though, the hiring process took approx. 4 weeks. Be patient
