I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Austin, TX)
Interview
I applied online. Got called in for the interview. The interview took place at the retail building I was to work in. Do your prep online for the position you're applying and have some general talking points/examples
The interview process average. I feel it is an entry level position that anyone should be able to pass. If I would give any advice is to be able to talk to others and get out of your shell if you are an introvert.
The interview felt like it was very unorganized. They weren't really asking questions pertaining to my resume or skills. It was more so like an hiring event. We were rushed right into filling out our onboarding paperwork. They asked why I wanted to work in the department I "chose" I didn't choose any department the system chose it randomly or according to where they needed help.
