Interview
First i was contacted by a phone screen from the Corporate office in Atlanta. They asked me many typical questions, you want to convey an attitude of going above and beyond for customers without exposing too much liability to the company (I.E. help them with their project to the point where you are not going to their house and doing it for them). I later met with an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) where he asked me many questions which seemed very repetitive and redundant. It is important to build a report with the manager because that person will be your supervisor on the floor.

Its really not that bad. You meet up with an assistant manager and they ask you some pretty generic questions about your background and skills. The majority of the concern is that you will show up for work and do what you are supposed to do.
