Phone interview asking about you as a designer, case study review-picking through your case studies and asking you about them but really just wanting to know how you think and then an interview with HM, a lead and another designer- you do a white board challenge

Interview
Group interview was a little awkward. Sat at big boardroom table and got to say one small blurb about our background in a round robin style. Then did a UX group activity with current designer employees and if you weren't paired with the right group you were pretty much ignored.

Interview
A recruiter reached out with possible interview times, and set up a phone call with two of the creative directors. They called promptly on time and were very nice. It was supposed to last an hour but ended up lasting about 40 minutes.
