Thermo Fisher Scientific Controller interview questions

Did a phone interview with the manager and than schedule an over hour long face to face with the manager, another senior manager and director. being asked about previous experiences similar to the current job description.

First interview with a supervisor of the team. It took about an hour and there would be 2nd interview with the team manager and HR personnel. The supervisor was kind and gentle, honest about the question (pros and cons about the firm) that i asked.
