I was invited for an initial interview, followed by a take-home assignment with a 48-hour deadline. After dedicating significant time to the task, I was called back for a second interview, which also went well. Each stage of the process took roughly a week; however, I am now in the fifth week and have experienced total radio silence. I haven't received a decision or any further communication since the last interview.
