Contacted by a recruiter, phone interviewed. Followed by a phone interview set with the HM several days later. Comments were made about me not being a millennial which were clearly out of line. Additionally based upon the experience level required, a millennial would not have enough previous work tenure to qualify to apply.

I only had the first phone screening. Regular conversation where they explained the position and asked some questions about my experience. All good but the salary offered didn't meet my search so I withdraw my application.

Well designed and effective process.
First interview was a zoom interview with the HR Manager.
The second interview was an onsite visit and interviewed with several departments and HR manager, also took a tour of the facility.
Very interactive, good conversation but long process. You have to interview with a lot of people to get the job. It was a little much for a mid level role. To ultimately get ghosted by the Recruiter Erin
