Very basic behavioral interview questions. Why finance? Why Thermo Fisher? Tell me about a time when you experienced this etc. Quick turn around as I heard back within weeks of applying.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA) in Sep 2024
Interview
2 behavioral interviews one focused on you and one more focused on the company. One with program lead and one with finance VP. Not too bad, pretty relaxed. Bit of a unorganized process however, hard to follow/ get in contact with people

Question 1
What are some things you learned in this internship
No initial phone screening and didn't provide any details beyond the job description from the online posting. Was interviewed remotely with executives during each round. First was completely behavioral questions and felt very intimidating. Second was more relaxed and focused on interests and background. No technical questions except to explain experience with Excel. Didn't hear back for almost a month after the final interview.
