I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
After a phone screen with two of the team's developers, I was invited onsite for a technical interview and to meet the team. The phone screen consisted of basic programming questions and resume specific questions that pertained to the team's interests. The onsite interview was a quick technical screen and then developmental questions where we discussed the company's values and how I saw myself contributing to the company's mission.
