I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (München, Bayern)
Interview
I had 7 or 8 interviews, each interview 1 hour long. Questions were not very difficult, mainly about my experience and what I know about the company. I didn't get the job, what is ok, but Thermo could not be bothered to inform me about it - they just ghosted me. Not giving feedback on why someone does not get the job is a bit unprofessional, not giving any info is unacceptable. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called HR, the person on the phone started to laugh and informed me that unfortunately, I don't get the role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Monza) in May 2024
Interview
Semplice, due colloqui (primo con HR e secondo col Hiring manager). Tutti e due corti, niente di complicato. Tanto con HR come con hiring manager più chiacchierate rispetto alle mie motivazioni, aspettative e piani a futuro. Molto gentili.

Interview
Hiring manager indicated we would schedule an on-site interview after the second remote interview was complete. Two days later received notice that they had decided to move on with other candidates from automated system. There should be no reason the hiring manager can not reach out themselves to provide notice or give out false promises in the interviewing process.
