First round interview on campus. More behavioral. ~30 minutes. Second round: They fly you out to their campus and put you up at a hotel. 3 interviews for ~30 minutes each. A lot of questions about leadership and times that you displayed that quality. After the interviews, you got together with a small team, prepared a case study, and then presented it.

Fairly straightforward, the interview was held online. If there are one or more positions, you might be in a panel interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Joined the TFP program which is a contract position for 2 years
