I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (London, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Call from recruitment initially to setup video call interview with line manager and senior manager due to Covid restrictions.
At the interview requested to talk through my CV and some competency questions. It wasn't a very structured interview and was interrupted at one point as one of the interviewers went to answer the door for a parcel.
Emailed subsequently to ask about the status of my application and never heard back. Only received confirmation that my application was not successful as it was re-advertised on job websites. Pretty laughable experience.
It was a group interview, we were asked to introduce ourselves and share our experiences and expectations. And the interviewer gave us an overview about the role as they were looking for people to train then to be managers
Phone screen after initial application. HR rep discussion of resume and role requirements to check against job description, expectations, location, so forth. Followed by hiring manager interview and team interview.

Interview
TA reached out for expectations and looked to arrange meetings. I quickly followed up however I was ghosted after sending my availabilities. Not sure what happened in between. Seems pretty unprofessional. Negative experience
