The recruiter was very nice and friendly, gave me all the information she could, and her questions were on point. The hiring manager was extremely unprofessional. He was late for the call. forgot to charge his phone so the call got disconnected, he was not paying attention to any of my answers and made me repeat them several times. Based on the number of irrelevant questions I was asked about my background, I am guessing that he had the wrong resume open for the first 5-10 minutes of the call. As a manager who screens many candidates for various positions, I would never dare to show such lack of respect to a candidate.
