The hiring process took over 2 months with 4 stages of interviews. The gaps between the interviews are unnecessarily long. First interview with recruiter asking generic questions. Second interview with head of department and third and fourth interview with different members of the team. The recruiter was also to busy to provide feedback on how the interviews went.
