I was contacted by an internal recruiter at TFS to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. He (recruiter) told me to text him after the interview to see how it went and if I’d be interested in moving forward. I did just that, after having a pleasant interviewing experience with the hiring manager. The recruiter never wrote back. So, after a week or so, I emailed him to check in. Still..radio silence.. I can’t login to my account to check my candidate profile. It just shows a lot about the company and disorganization.
