Not your typical interview. It was a group tour/interview set up by a recruiter. About 9 candidates were given a tour of the all labs in the department. The tour was given by 3 managers and took about 15 minutes. No one-on-one time with managers. They chose candidates based on types of questions we asked about the facility and manufacturing processes.
