I had 2 phone interviews and 3 in person meetings. I had the impression that all my interviews went well. I took 1/2 day from work. I sent thank you notes to all people I met with so after 2 weeks of silence I emailed the follow up note first to HR manger, no answer, next to hiring manager, no answer....In my opinion that kind of behavior means that HR and hiring manger were unprofessional, disrespectful, simply rude. I would expect more professional way to conduct the hiring process from well established company . Very disappointed.
