Thermo Fisher Scientific Product Development Leadership Program interview questions

I applied for the program through campus career services. There was an on campus interview with a Group Leader. The interview was pretty laid-back, more of a conversation about Thermo Fisher than anything. Straight forward questions like "Tell me about yourself"; "Give me an example when you ran into a problem/How did you solve it?". Based on the first interview they choose applicants for a second interview.
