I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Jul 2021
Interview
The process begins with filling out an application. A recruiter contacted me with a week to have a short phone interview. The recruiter then set-up other interviews with members of the team. Each team member asked questions about my resume, presented some on-the-job scenarios and asked how I would react to them and answered my questions.

Interview
The talent acquisition specialist that called me to understand more about my qualifications was snobbish and very full of herself, often hinting throughout the call that she had the clout to influence the next round of selection with the hiring managers

Interview
I applied for the PM position online. I was contacted by an in-house recruiter a couple of weeks later. I initially interviewed with the hiring manager followed by another manager. Both interviews were casual and positive. Afterwards the recruiter told me they would have a decision in a couple of days. After multiple follow-ups where I kept being told “the team needed more time to make a decision”, I gave up and stopped asking about an update. I never heard from them again. I didn’t appreciate the games of being told to give them more time while they clearly were interviewing and hiring another candidate.
