Interview
I had connected with a hiring manager who dragged me along for 10 months. including multiple calls of an hour length. When finally the role came out and she sent me the link to the role, the JD was not what we had discussed, I sent an email and mentioned it to her. later this was corrected, thanks to me otherwise they had no clue. I applied and waited, followed up with the hiring manager a few times. Finally received a call from the recruiter ( after multiple changes of call date from her and double booking). I mentioned to her that I knew the hiring manager and explained my experience and why I was interested in the role. The recruiter came across very arrogant and said she will send a message to the hiring manager, she said she had no idea I had connected to the hiring manager and was surprised - which is ok. fast forward after sending thank you note to the recruiter and following up with her and the hiring manager, I never heard back. NOT even a simple one line or auto generated rejection message. Only waste of my time. a company that has no respect for candidates and their time. Arrogant, I will for sure will never even consider this company. I had heard bad feedback from a previous employee of them about really bad culture and should have listened to it before wasting my time.

Interview
