Thermo Fisher Scientific Software Developer interview questions

1) First interview, reviewing CV some technical questions and coding testing live. Very nice and polite. 2) Again technical questions with different people when it should have been an interview with human resources to see candidate fit for company culture of making an offer. Not very friendly in the second interview either. No response at all and no feedback after more than two months so they forgot completely about me and my interview. Also it seems they just keep interviewing for months and months without hiring anyone.
