The whole interview process is a waste of time. They only keep interviews on weekdays so we have to take leaves and also they will ask you how are you taking so many irresponsible leaves even though we ask them to schedule it on a weekend like saturday. Fortunately, I just took permission to attend the interview else it would have been a great problem for me! Another waste of time in hiring workshops first they will say you that you are invited and the day before the workshop they will again call you and say you are not invited. They do all these workshops for women, then meetups and the whole thing on inclusivity is just for advertisement purposes. And also to highlight about HR there, there is no one POC for a candidate on the day of the interview they will take leave and direct to different HR or reschedule it. Finally, if they don't want to select us they will make us come for the interview even if we do well they will reject us instead they could have said that I am rejected in the previous round. Please don't apply for this company if you are looking for a good environment or startup-like or product based like culture you will be highly disappointed.

It was an on-campus interview drive. About 450 students attended the first round which was short coding which was to see how comfortable you are in programming it had a simple program to be done within 30 minutes and then about 79 were shortlisted for the pair-programming round in which we had to design a taxi fare calculator. How you think is more important than the code in this round. Out of which about 30 were sent to next face to face technical round. And 12 students attended the 2nd face to face technical round. Both the technical rounds focussed on CS basics like DBMS, Data Structures, OOPS, OS, Networks, and resume. From them, 7 of them were selected for leadership and P3 rounds.
