Thoughtworks Application Developer interview questions

Applied on company website's careers page. Got call from HR team next week and called for interview in the same weekend. First round would be pair programming round, needs to implement a solution for a problem using OOPS concepts using any tech skills like C#, java. They watch out for Object design and code quality rather than output. Next, couple of technical face to face rounds to be cleared up, discussing about your domain knowledge, OOPS, logical thinking, DBMS, data structure and projects in depth. It was a good experience discussing with them. They were warm people. I was gone up to technical rounds and unable to go further. The company's atmosphere, environment and people were awesome. They follow a very determined and lengthy interview process. So you need to sacrifice your whole day out there. Snacks and Lunch offered. At end of the day i was instructed to apply again after 6 months. Good experience overall.

The Interview process took around 3 days.First day consisted of the coding rounds in our campus itself ,a short coding round(30 min 6 questions) and a long coding(90 mins 1 oops question) round.The second day was scheduled in the Pune office.There were 2 technical rounds on the same day and 2 pen paper test, questions covering almost all aspects of core computer science,interest and projects.The third day consisted of 2 rounds based on the 3 pillars, the socio-economic round and a leadership round.
