Thoughtworks Application Developer interview questions

Thorough interview.. lengthy procedure..multiple rounds.. interactive The process started with a coding question that was rewuired to be solved in three days. this was followed by code pairing round where i was asked to optimise and improve the code along with another thoughtworker. This was followed by two technial rounds of interview both were lenghty. after this they had a logical ability test. the last round was the leadership and moral value round after which i was offered a job.
