Interview
I was able to get a phone interview after I took their 2 tests at the Grace Hopper Conference and completed their questionnaire and coding task. The phone interview was to scope out my personality. Then, after this interview they sent me to one of their offices for more interviewing, which was divided into 2 days.
Day 1: Learn more about Thought-Works, Group challenge where you had to work with other interviewees--it was a logic challenge (no code was necessary).
Day 2: Peer-programming on the coding assignment that I had written ~2 months ago. Technical interview + 5 minute Presentation on something you're passionate about. Personality interview.
Then about a week later, they let me know the final decision.
