The thing is they sent a message about an opportunity but didn't say what it is. Then in the first interview with the Recruiter, he explains about the company first and what they do which is good.
The hiring process has many rounds to clear and it was a bit tough though for everyone to clear it and overall it was a good experience and you need to know more stuff to clear it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Melbourne) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview process was quite refreshing, 3 rounds total:
1. Pair programming to refactor and add features to an existing project.
2. Technical chat, discussing all manner of things like language/framework, architecture and development practices.
3. HR round, behavioural questions, as well as topics on social change.
