I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Bengaluru) in Apr 2018
Interview
The best ever interview process i have had in my career.
Round 1 - Applied online and received a link to solve a coding challenge. I did fairly well. I was contacted by the recruiter to attend rounds of onsite interview.
Round 2 - It started with a Code pairing round - You will pair with a TW developer to solve a real world problem using SOLID design patterns. They majorly judge you in 3 parameters in this round - Problem solving, solution designing and Data modeling.
Round 3 - This was an extensive 2 hours interview with 2 of senior folks in TW. THe questions ranged from explaining project architecture to scaling and analytics app. I did fairly well and was able to stand up to their expectations.
Round 4 - This was Leadership round. Its More of a behavioral+Tech round. Which lasted close to 1 hour.
Round 5 - P3 round. You will be judged on your views regarding society and if you are aligned with the company values.
Round 6 - HR discussion and offered the role of Application developer.
Went well overall four rounds starting with Hacker rank test, Code pairing, Technical and Cultural alignment interview. Majorly focused on Oops and DSA. Java and Python are added plus, overall good experience with good interviewers
