I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (London, England) in Jun 2009
Interview
5 interviews beginning with a phone interview then progressing on to some IQ, analytical and behavioural testing. Then 3 more interviews including a cultural interview and a technical test, would be coding for a dev or a business problem for an analyst. The graduate process is different though and is normally a whole day of various tests, presentations and interviews.

Interview
The interview process was so good such that I did not feel like I am being interviewed. It was like I was in a project discussion and getting asked to explain all the aspects of the project.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Recruiter screen - general chat 30 mins, recruiter was lovely and informative, then more in-depth technical screen 1 hour, info sent in advance. Not sure on full process as no offer given. Not the best experience, interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested, felt it was a rejection as soon as I joined the call, interviewer often said 'I wasn't looking at your screen', in quite an aggressive tone. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, to the point where I probably would think twice about using their services, if ever in the position to.
