Interview
Initial interview was with a recruiter on staff. Very friendly general conversation. Then I went to the next round and interviewed with another PT. Both interviews went for about an hour with the first a more general aptitude set of questions for the role and the other way more detailed, covering topics including CI/CD, Development, Agile, leading teams, Design Thinking etc.

Interview
I had two rounds of interview, but cannot reveal more details due to NDA. What annoyed me was the total unenthusiastic approach from the interviewers and would have passed this off as a every other organisation - except that this organisation claims it is not so!

This was a pretty standard phone interview, starting by questions regarding my background and then move on to skills review to understand if it was a match with the job description. They also probed into how I would impact the company if I got the job.
