I applied from the ThoughtWorks website and got an email from HR in 2 days. 1. Screening Round Check if everything written in a resume is a correct and relevant experience on each technology stack 2. Code Pairing Round Give you a pattern program to solve and some testing questions. Am able to solve the problem before the time allocated, also answered almost questions as best of my knowledge. Qualified for the next round. 3. Technical Interview Round Only asks framework questions, and interviewers are more interested in the QA process followed (types of testing/number of test cases executed at each env like QA, Stage, Prod) at your current organizations. They should aware about the process can be slightly different for different org. They don't give proper feedback and reason for the rejection, it's mostly look like candidate judged on the current model followed in their current role. not any technical or challenging questions being asked. The interviewer itself is not able to put the problem statement and is unable to solve the doubts. The interviewer is expecting the answers in their fewer and not ready to see the big picture others assumption.

The interview process is quite elaborate. There'll be a tech screening round, two technical interviews one of which will include code pairing, a social change round and a leadership round
