The multi-stage competency-based interview process with IQ and personality assessments. It finished with a panel presentation where I went through a 90-day plan and answered questions. The overall process was completed in just over two weeks.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interview process was long and tedious. They asked for customer prospect lists several times. “If we hired you, who would be your first call”. Also asked questions about industry penetration and wanted to know which industries I would target. They were simply mining for customer information so they could go after them. If they do this with 10 candidates they end up with a nice list to go after. Very unscrupulous!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Super slow and unresponsive process. I had 5 rounds in a span of 45 days with very poor coordination. The interviews themselves were mostly to check culture fit. The Panel was a mixed bag - some very seasoned tenured senior executives to some who were not even at the firm for more than a month. The interviews were easy conversations without much direction or insight on the role or strategy. One person even dropped out of the interview to take another call and returned back later.
