Interview
There are 4-5 rounds depending on the position.
First the HR recruiter will call you for screening. Tip - If you are not ready, ask them to call you later and have the JD handy. They will be checking if you have played most of the JD responsibilities or not.
After you clear the screening, there will be 2 tech rounds, followed by leadership round and then cultural fit round. Some candidates may have three tech rounds. Most of the interviews have two interviewers. Be ready to be on camera and ask questions in the end.

The interview was for .Net based developer.
First round was a coding round, where you will be given 2 work items that needs to be solved. So the analysis is basically on the thought process, and problem solving ability.
Second round is more a deep dive on your skills, previous projects and its work experiences.
Cultural round is more of things on how you behave on different scenarios and cases.
