its been more than 7 years when I was interviewed at ThoughtWorks for STEP Intern but still, I do remember that experience Vivek Haridash (we call it Swami Ji ) I was nervous initially but after a few minutes, I started feeling comfortable because he was very polite. and he was treating me like he knows me for a long time. It went almost more then 1 hours or so but I didn't realise the time because it was an amazing experience. It felt like classroom session and less of an interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thoughtworks
Interview
The team did reach out to me for few to many slots ( I've each email asking for my available time ). I received atleast 3 to 4 times from same recruiter and with no later response to follow up. Finally one day they came back saying I dont fit in. I understand if that role being offered to someone else based on criticality but this is absolutely worst experience when someone asking to connect.
Interview is not about getting to know about candidate. Its mutual, candidate need to know if company best fit in future settlement. Thankfully, I dint go through process as its quite evident the standards the company is maintaining at the moment.
Good luck

Thanks for sharing your feedback. This sounds like a really frustrating experience, and I’m sorry we didn’t give you a better impression of Thoughtworks. We’ll continue to work on interview coaching for our employees that participate in the interview process to be sure candidates have a positive experience and leave with a good understanding of what we’re really all about.
There're two rounds, one is the culture interview, you're required to give a presentation on a topic and the interviewer will ask you some questions based on what you've presented; another is a technical interview, you'll be doing pair programming with the interviewer.
