Thoughtworks interview questions

Great experience and interview process was very smooth. There were two persons from interview panel and given an application to test and identify possible bugs. This is a part of Vapasi QA program.

I applied online from LinkedIn and got call from HR about interview process etc. First technical round was pair programming round and the interviewer was friendly. It was more of technical discussion on Rest api design, general tech talk, TDD, BDD. In second technical round they ask you about your projects, alternative approaches etc. In this round, interviewer had his fixed set of questions and answers which he wanted to listen. When he will change context of asking questions you wont understand. At one point, he was asking how stream API works and second moment he wanted to know how to read file using streams which creates confusion. Overall, during weekdays they wont tell you how long would be your interview. In the invitation you will have just start time of interview discussion.
