The process starts soon after you applied for an open position. If your application is shortlisted, you will receive call from an HR. He/She will explain about the company, open position, work culture and the process of the interview. They will ask for your convenient day and time to schedule Interview. I have asked for a week and HR kindly agreed.
On scheduled date, there will be four rounds as follows:
1. Coding/Pairing Round
2. Technical Interviews with Lead/Manager
3. Discussion with Director
4. Final Discussion with HR/Manager/Director.
In first round you will be paired with a QA or Developer and asked to solve coding problems. If you manage to clear this round, you'll face the Lead or Manager for technical Interview. The final two rounds are casual discussion about you and your expectations and compensation.
If you didn't manage to make through, HR will call and explain you why they decided to discontinue your candidature. It really helps if you take feedback in positive way and work on it to better your skills and focus on your weakness. Overall a great experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks in Jan 2020
Interview
First up was a phone screen with a recruiter. Then there were 2 in-person interviews. The first was a culture fit test, talking about hot political/societal topics. Then there was a case study.

Case study on growing a stagnant business that is in a small country and wants to go global
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was contacted by the company through the Hired.com job platform. The recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview. I myself was able to schedule the day and time using an online tool. On the day of the interview, the recruiter warned me that he could not interview me that day because he was not at the office and scheduled another date. When calling, he asked me about my experience at my last job and I explained everything. Finally he asked me a question that I did not understand well, as I do not speak fluent English. He offered to send the explanation by email and I found it very kind. At the same time I received the email, saw what it was about and replied saying that I had no experience in what he had asked. I never got even a thank you for an answer. The company continued with the process of open interviews on the platform but never contacted me again.
