There were 3rounds first written second group discussion and 3rd was face to face interview.The last round was so different and difficult from other interviews.only mathematical and logical questions were asked.

Had a really bad experience. Completely unethical interviewers with no respect for the candidate. I felt these guys are a bunch of people who are just trying to show how they are better than you at everything they do.
An applications developer is asked complete internal workings of the database. They ask to explain the current application and then later reject you telling that you are not technical oriented.
Somebody should tell them that all softwares are written to support some kind of business and in order to explain what you work on, you need to give the business context.
However, not all people are bad, some are good and really nice people.
One word for the candidate is go out and give your best. But dont lose out on your self respect.
