The first round is pair programming. You don't need to finish the puzzle but need to collaborate with your interviewers.
The second round is tech interview. You are asked a bunch of technical question to know your tech deep and breadth.
The third round is culture and behavior. Just normal behavioral questions.
The last round is about leadership. A manager would have a conversation with you.
Coding round was the first one. Once cleared we get to multiple rounds of technical discussions. Technical discussions were intutive and logic based. Along with several DS and Algorithm questions

Puro humo, "buena onda" y ambiente "cool", luego de 4 o 5 entrevistas intensas, incluso recibiendo felicitaciones por llegar a la ultima entrevista recibo un mail con el "feedback final" que fué bueno, Es ahí cuando me entero que no hay oferta, sino que ingresé a una especie de talent pool interno que ellos denominan "ready-to-be-hired", en el cual cuando se abra una posición me contactarían, ya pasaron 8 meses y NADA, saque ud sus conclusiones y eviten perder tiempo.
