Interview
The first step was to fill out a form. After that, they contacted me to schedule an interview. For this first contact, I could choose between two options: presenting a topic I was interested in or presenting a project I had worked on. The next step was a pairing session with two people who work for ThoughtWorks. Finally, the last step was participating in a Culture Interview, which was essentially to assess whether I was aligned with the company's culture. In the end, they called me, informing me that I had passed and offered me the position, outlining the benefits and my salary.
Fairly easy with pair programming, technical round and HR round. Pair programming consists of object oriented solutions using test driven development. Tech round includes asking questions about topic added in the resume.
