Interview
First round was a pre screening round with recruiter where recruiter discussed about the role and expectations and fitment. Second Round was a code pairing round where one code base on github was given 2,3 days before to go thru and understand the code base and in code pairing interviewer asked to improve the existing code and add one or two more APIs it was really a different and good experience. Third round: Technical discussion about project

Interview
The process was long but very assertive, there were 5 sessions where I got to know the company and part of the people and culture. This was good to understand if it really made sense to be inside Thoughworks. Receive feedback at all stages and a summary at the end of the points where I did well and the points I need to improve.
