4 stage interview: - Tech: Going through some of tech-stack and methodologies that I worked with, as well as my opinion about them. - Pair Programming: Pairing with another developer to solve a problem, with focus on Tw principles. - Cultural: Discussing Thoughtworks values, and how they apply to daily work. Financials: Discussing how consulting works.
